Praise the Lord, she is now officially a Bishop!!

This morning, we headed back to the Civil Affairs office to pay the rest of the fees and to finish all the final paperwork to make Allie Faith Yinong our little girl. When we first arrived back at the office, our happy girl got a very sad look on her face. I believe she was afraid we were taking her back. We quickly assured her she was staying with us. The orphanage director tried to get her to come to her, and she wouldn't - she held on to Bobby, put her arms around him, and gave him a kiss. She is definitely our little one now!!
