Sunday Smiles

The girls dressed in red today for church, and looked so cute - Bobby had them posing for pictures - again!!  After church, we ran home, fixed a quick lunch, and since the girls didn't get to play with their tokens at Chuck E Cheese yesterday, we tried again this afternoon - same thing - way too crowded, so we stopped by the mall and let them play a while - they love the little play area there - running, climbing, jumping...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY EMMA!!

Emma chose Chuck E. Cheese for her birthday party, so we spent a couple of hours there on Saturday night with friends and family celebrating our little sweetie's 4th birthday!  I can't believe she's 4 already!!  We had pizza, cake and presents, but there were so many people there, we decided to go back on a less busy day to play the games!  Emma loves all her gifts and sends her "thank you" to all of you!  Here are a few pics from the day...

Sunday Smiles and Stuff

Emma had her follow up with Dr. Carson at Johns Hopkins on Friday - great report!  We don't have to go back for another year!! Praise the Lord!  After her appointment, we went to DC and spent the night, and stopped at the Air & Space Museum Saturday.  The girls loved it!  There are a lot of interactive exhibits and it really kept their interest.  Enjoy a few pics of our weekend...

Sunday Smiles

Since New Years...

The girls have just played and played and played - they have so much fun together!  It just warms your heart to hear them talking and playing together!

Happy New Year!!

We spent New Year's Eve with our great friends, Deb, Russ, and their 3 beautiful sweet girls!  We had dinner at Kabuki, which the girls all loved.  They thought it was really cool, how they cooked right there in front of them!  Here are a couple pics...

Merry Christmas from China

I meant to post this earlier, but just haven't had time!!  On Christmas day, we received an email from Emma's foster mom in China.  Here is what it said...

亲爱的思琦:

好久没给你们写信了,不知道你们是否可好,今天是西方的圣诞节哦,虽然给你们的祝福晚了一点,但还是衷心的祝福你们一家圣诞快乐,元旦快乐,新年快乐。
Dear Si-qi:

Did not give you a long time to write, and do not know whether you Ke Hao, today is the West's Christmas Oh, the blessings to you though a bit late, but still heartfelt blessings you have a happy Christmas and a Happy New Year, Happy New Year.
